Experience the Breitling Endurance Pro watch for athletes
Whether you're a fighter pilot, a civilian pilot, or a pure tool watch enthusiast, there's a good chance that your first encounter with Breitling was one of its professional watches - a wide range of stylish quartz watches since 1985 as Aerospace's unofficial first Since its debut, it has been one of the core collections of the brand. Over the past three and a half years, the Professional umbrella has seen a sea change from the entry-level Aerospace to more feature-rich offerings like the rugged Chronospace, the state-of-the-art Exospace, and the mighty Emergency—a legendary adventure watch capable of Call in a helicopter (ie: the world's most expensive Uber ride) when things really happen to go sideways. Given its cool, modern aesthetic and long tradition of high-precision, versatile utility watches, the Professional line is a natural home for Breitling's new Endurance Pro — another category-specific tool watch, this time designed for athletes.replica watches for sale
Regarding its Professional line of stabilizers, the new Endurance Pro is perhaps most similar in proportion and function to the Chronospace Evo – the fully analog derivative of the ana-digi hybrid Aerospace Evo. Despite being marketed to pilots, the modern Aerospace is already an excellent multisport and adventure watch (and the perfect cycling watch, I'll add), thanks to its light weight, ease of wearing and versatility. The new Endurance carries the torch, and the design reportedly comes from Breitling ambassador and three-time triathlon world champion Jan Frodeno, resulting in a reference mixed with some new elements, including a Breitlight carbon fiber composite case that’s 30% lighter than titanium , a bi-directional rotating compass bezel (possibly borrowed from the Chronospace Military), and a subtly updated aesthetic that seems to reflect the new artistic direction of the entire Professional line.
Now, whether you're a pro athlete like Frodeno, or a fitness buff logging miles between 9-5, if you run, swim, or bike and love watches, you already know that finding the 'right' watch will get you Staying on time and dutifully maintaining your wrist skinline during the training season can be tricky business. An oversized diver's or pilot's watch may have the shock resistance necessary to keep an automatic movement running accurately, but these larger designs often trade legibility for weight—and a distracting, top-heavy high quality replica watches is hardly the right choice, especially in longer or more strenuous endeavors. Conversely, while a cheap battery-operated watch is probably the safest concession in this situation (especially in the event of a crash or fall), it certainly lacks certain "je ne sais quoi' is what many athletes seek when they need to personalize their gear or riding gear.
Obviously, most professional athletes tend to train or compete using GPS-enabled digital devices that measure effort and comprehensively track workout data, but just as a professional divemaster might wear a digital dive computer every time he goes out, Endurance does not A device is not meant to replace such a device, it is meant to complement it. For the same reason, I ride with a Wahoo Roam, which shows power, heart rate, VAM (while climbing) and distance and altitude metrics, but I leave the timing of the day on my wrist, because I prefer to wear a watch. Plus, I've had consoles die while riding, and at least being able to get home in time for brunch is never a bad thing. Two is one, one is nothing, right?
Ultimately, I'm particularly impressed that Breitling has actually touched on the elements that make a sports watch not just cool, but actually useful in practice - you know, as a sports watch. In keeping with what I've come to expect from a Breitling, it's richly detailed, has a very masculine design, and is very well made. In the same tradition, it’s also large, legible at a glance, but barely wearable – thanks to its impressively light 44mm x 12.5mm Breitlight case, which weighs just 35g without the rubber strap (Interestingly, the strap weighs about the same, adding 30 grams to the total package). It’s powered by a quartz movement – while this may not be the first choice of many watch enthusiasts, it’s actually a safer and more accurate option for working out.Replica U-BOAT DIVE Watch
With the Chronospace Evo, the movement in question deployed for the Endurance is an in-house made 1/10 second quartz chronograph movement, although unlike the above, the Endurance uses Breitling's Caliber 82 which trades the Evo's 24-9:00 hour register Counter for 30 minutes. This is a COSC certified thermally compensated chronometer movement and it's good to see some brands are still catering to HAQ (High Accuracy Quartz) fans in addition to the athlete crowd.

Like the rest of the Aerospace Evo range, the new Endurance is water resistant to 100 meters, making it perfect for sweat-wicking and swimming during any workout. With a lug width of 22mm and a lug-to-lug measurement of 52mm, it also has almost the same footprint as the existing Aerospace, although the engraved lines on the case are more refined, deep and twisted in a lyre style The lugs create a cool bevel on the 9:00 side of the case. Thanks to the subtle pattern of the Breitlight material, the entire case has a very warm and organic look and feel on the wrist - an effect that contrasts nicely with bright pops of blue, yellow, orange, red or white. Other trimmings like the rubberized finish on the crown, the steeply sloped pulsometer ring (interesting touch, though I can't imagine any serious athlete giving up their Whoop for that), while the gold 3-6-9 and Breitling machine The wing elements all give a very cohesive premium feel to what I can only describe as "uniquely Breitling". Speaking of which, the only design criticism I might have with the new Endurance is the use of the 3-6-9 markers. These have long been one of my favorite Professional collection-style accents, and cutting out each of them to make room for other dial elements feels a bit like design heresy.
Available in a variety of colorful straps and dials, and built around an ultra-light composite case, the design brief for the Endurance is a bit of a nod to the original fiberglass cased TAG Heuer F1 watch from the late eighties, which also Marketed for use in sports. In many ways, this particular reference was the first Swiss watch for an entire generation of cyclists who might remember them being worn by stars of the US 7-Eleven cycling team such as Bob Roll, Davis Phinney and Andy Hampsten. Unlike the rather rough F1 watches (nostalgic though they may be), the Endurance is a sleek, premium and more modern watch that strikes just the right balance of style and practicality. replica HYT H1 watches
